EASY MICROWAVE CHOCOLATE FUDGE 
1 lb. powdered sugar
1/2 c. cocoa powder
1/4 c. evaporated milk
1 stick (1/2 c.) butter
2 tsp. vanilla
Nuts

Sift the sugar and cocoa together. Add milk and butter. Do not stir. Microwave for 2 1/2 minutes on high or until the butter is melted. Add vanilla and nuts and stir. Pour into a pan and freeze for 10 minutes, to set.

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
