POTATO SALAD 
4 c. cooked cooled potatoes
4 boiled eggs, chopped or mashed
2 carrots, grated
1 c. chopped celery
1 onion
1/2 c. mayonnaise
1/4 c. cream
1 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. celery seed
1/4 tsp. pepper

After potatoes have cooled, mix all vegetables together. Pour dressing over vegetables and mix well. Chill.
