DEATH BY CHOCOLATE | |
1 (19.8 oz.) family size brownie mix 1/4 - 1/2 c. Kahlua or coffee liqueur 3 (3.5 oz.) boxes Jello chocolate mousse 8 (1/2 - 1/4 oz.) Skor or Heath bars 1 (12 oz.) container Cool Whip Bake brownies according to package directions. Cool. Punch holes in brownies with a fork and pour Kahlua over brownies and set aside. Whip up Jello mousse according to package directions. Break Skor or Heath bars into small pieces by tapping with a hammer (right in wrapper). Break up 1/2 of brownies and place in bottom of glass trifle dish. Cover with some of mousse, layer with candy and then some whipped topping. Repeat layers again with remaining topping ingredients. Instead of Kahlua, you may want to substitute a mixture of 1 teaspoon of sugar and 4 tablespoons left over black coffee. |
