STRAWBERRY FREEZE 
1 c. flour
1/4 c. brown sugar
1/2 c. pecans
1/2 c. butter, melted
2 egg whites
1 c. sugar (or 2/3 c. with frozen strawberries)
2 c. sliced fresh strawberries (or 16 oz. pkg. frozen)
2 tbsp. lemon juice
1 c. whipping cream (or about 12 oz. Cool Whip)

Stir first 4 ingredients together, spread in pan and bake 20 minutes at 350 degrees. Stir some. Sprinkle 3/4 of the crumbs in 9x13x2 inch pan.

Combine egg whites, sugar, berries, and juice. Beat about 10 minutes at high speed. Fold in cream. Spoon over crust. Sprinkle rest of the crumbs on top. Freeze overnight.
