HERBED VEGETABLE RICE 
1/2 c. butter
1 c. onion
1 c. celery
1/2 c. green pepper
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. pepper
1/2 tsp. sage

Finely chop all vegetables and saute in butter with seasonings until tender. Add to well-cooked, drained rice. Serve with chicken.
