MICRO - HERBED RICE 
2 c. water
2 CUBES beef or chicken bouillon
1 c. long grain rice
6 med. mushrooms, sliced
2 tbsp. butter
1/2 tsp. basil, crumbled
1/2 tsp. marjoram
Fresh ground pepper
2 tbsp. chopped chives

Combine all above in 10 x 8 inch dish. Cover and cook on high for 15 minutes. Let stand for 10 minutes. Fluff and serve. This is great fluffy rice to serve with any dish. Very good with Chicken Dijon.
