HERB RICE CASSEROLE 
1 pkg. R.M. Quiggs herb rice (Bi-Lo)
1 stick butter
1 pkg. slivered almonds
3 c. water
3 beef bouillon cubes
1/2 to 1 c. sliced mushrooms

Saute' rice in 1 stick butter. Add package of almonds. In 13 x 9 casserole dish, add 3 cups water and 3 bouillon cubes. Then add sauteed rice and almonds. Add mushrooms. Bake at 375 degrees for 45 minutes. Delicious.
