HERBED RICE 
2 tbsp. chopped green onions
1 tbsp. butter
1 3/4 c. water
2/3 c. uncooked brown rice
1 tsp. chicken bouillon or cube
1 tsp. basil
1 tsp. thyme
1/4 tsp. pepper
1/2 c. chopped parsley

Spray Pam on medium pan. Saute green onions in butter, add water and rice. Cook 1 minute, stirring. Add remaining ingredients. Bring to boil. Cover, reduce heat and simmer 50 minutes. Stir in parsley.
