SHRIMP NACHOS 
1 1/2 c. shredded cheddar
4 oz. can chopped green chilies
1/8 c. chopped green olives
1/4 c. chopped green onion
1/4 c. mayonnaise
4 1/2 oz. can tiny shrimp, rinsed & drained
Round tortilla chips

Combine all ingredients, except for chips. Arrange chips on microwave safe platter. Top each chip with rounded teaspoon of shrimp mixture. Cook on high 1 to 2 minutes, until cheese melts, turning after 45 seconds. Repeat with remaining shrimp mixture. Makes 40 chips.

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
