CUCUMBER ASPIC 
3 c. grated cucumber
1/2 c. cold water
1/2 c. boiling water
2 tbsp. Knox gelatin
1 tsp. grated onion
2 1/2 tsp. salt
1 tsp. sugar
2 tbsp. vinegar
2 tbsp. lemon juice
Dash of Tabasco sauce

Soak gelatin in cold water for 5 minutes, then add boiling water, stir until thoroughly dissolved, then add all other ingredients. Put in molds and set in refrigerator to congeal. Yield 6 servings.
