GOOD LEMON DESSERT 
1 1/4 c. unsifted flour
1 stick butter
1/4 c. chopped nuts
8 oz. pkg. cream cheese, room temperature
1 c. powdered sugar
1/2 of lg. Cool Whip (12 oz. size)
2 pkgs. instant lemon pudding
3 c. milk

Mix flour, butter and chopped nuts, and pat into greased 9 x 13-inch pan. Bake at 350 degrees, 20 minutes and cool. Mix cream cheese, powdered sugar and Cool Whip and spread over crust.

Mix pudding and milk and spread over 2nd layer. Spread balance of Cool Whip over 3rd layer. Sprinkle with chopped nuts and refrigerate.
