NO CARB DESSERT 
1 (8 oz.) Cool Whip
1 (8 oz.) cream cheese
1 (8 oz.) sour cream
1 (4 oz.) diet instant Jell-O or pudding (any flavor; lemon is very good)
1 serving size pkg. walnuts
1/2 stick butter

Crush nuts. Mix with the butter (melted). Spread on bottom of pie plate; refrigerate. Mix all the other ingredients. Spread over nuts and chill. You may also use a ready-made graham cracker crust, but that will give you 146 m. carb for a slice (1/8 pie).
