PEACH DESSERT 
1 (11 oz.) box vanilla wafers, crumbled
2/3 c. butter
2 c. powdered sugar
2 eggs
Nearly ripe peaches (a good layer)
1 box Cool Whip (3 pkgs.)

Layer crumbs in a 9x13 pan. Mix butter, powdered sugar and beaten eggs; pour over crumbs in pan. Layer sliced peaches and then whipped topping. Let set 6 hours or overnight.
