PINEAPPLE WHIP CREAM DESSERT 
1 1/2 c. sugar
4 eggs
8 tbsp. butter
2 pts. whipping cream, whip real good
2 c. crushed nuts
4 c. crushed pineapple (drain good)
1 box crushed graham crackers

Beat sugar, eggs and butter. Drain pineapple. Whip cream.

Mix egg mixture, pineapple and nuts in large bowl then add whip cream.

Pour into 9x13 inch dish which has been lined with crushed graham crackers. Save a small amount of crackers to put on top of whip cream. Make about 1 - 2 hours before using. Refrigerate.
