LEMON PINEAPPLE DESSERT 
1 (8 oz) can crushed pineapple
1/2 cup sugar
1 pkg. (3 oz) lemon Jello
1 cup cold water
1 cup grated cheddar or American cheese
1/2 cup cream (whipped)
1/2 cup mayonnaise

Add sugar to Jello and bring to boil. Add 1 regular size package of Jello and stir until it dissolves. Add 1 cup of cold water. Refrigerate until mixture is cold and is starting to gel.

Add 1 cup grated cheese.

Fold together 1/2 cup whipped cream and 1/2 cup mayonnaise and fold this into the first mixture.
