HASH BROWN CASSEROLE 
2 lbs. hash brown potatoes
1 can cream of chicken soup
1/2 c. butter, melted
1 c. sour cream
1/2 c. onion, chopped
1/2 tsp. salt
Dash of pepper
1 1/2 c. Cheddar cheese, shredded

Mix all ingredients and put into a 3 to 4 quart greased casserole. Melt 1 1/2 cups butter; add 2 cups Corn Flakes. Stir. Sprinkle evenly over casserole. Bake 1 hour at 350 degrees.
