HASH BROWN CASSEROLE | |
2 lbs. hash brown potatoes, thawed 1 onion cut up and fried in butter 1 can cream of chicken soup 1 can cream of mushroom soup 2 c. sour cream 6 oz. shredded cheddar cheese Mix all ingredients; place in 9 x 13 inch pan. Crush cornflakes on top; add pats of butter. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 1/2 hours. |
