HASH BROWN SUPREME 
2 lbs. frozen hash browns, thawed
1/2 c. onion, chopped
6 to 8 oz. shredded cheddar cheese (if adding a meat add
4 to 6 oz. more cheese)
1 pt. sour cream (add 2 more tbsp. with meat)
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. garlic salt
2 cans cream of chicken soup or mix and match other cream soup

If desired add a pound of one of the following meats:

Ground beef fried and drained
Chicken cooked and cut into bite size pieces
Pork chops fried and drained cut into pieces
Ham diced, precooked

Combine all ingredients in a large bowl, mix and pour into a 9 x 13 pan.

TOPPING:

2 c. cornflake crumbs
3/4 stick of melted butter

Mix together and spread over top. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour 15 minutes. You can freeze leftovers.
