SANDWICH SPREAD 
1 can garbanzos, drained (save juice)
Onion powder or fresh onion to taste
2/3 c. chopped olives
1/3 c. garbanzo juice
1 1/2 tbsp. tomato paste
4 drops lemon juice

Mash garbanzos (or blend) and mix with rest of ingredients. Use as sandwich spread.

Servings: 1 1/2 cups.
