HEATH BAR COFFEE CAKE 
2 c. brown sugar
2 c. flour
1/4 lb. butter
1 slightly beaten egg
1 c. buttermilk
1 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. vanilla
5-6 Heath bars

Combine sugar, flour and butter; cut with pastry cutter until mixed like pie crust; reserve 1 cup for topping.

Mix together egg, buttermilk, baking soda and vanilla. Combine with flour mixture. Pour into greased 9x13 inch pan.

TOPPING:

Sprinkle reserved flour mixture over top; break up Heath bars into small pieces (freeze and hit with rolling pin). Sprinkle over top. Add 1/2 cup nuts. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes.
