1 lb. bacon
1 lb. brown sugar

Use broiler pan and line the bottom tray. Lay out each individual strip of bacon onto the top tray of the broiler pan. Cover the bacon completely with all the brown sugar. Bake 1 1/2 hours until crisp. Remove from the oven and let cool. Cut or break into bite size pieces. Great finger food. The kids even like this one for snacks.
