HAWAIIAN APPLE CAKE 
1ST STEP:

2 c. flour
2 tsp. baking soda
2 tsp. cinnamon

2ND STEP:

1 c. seedless raisins
1 c. chopped walnuts
1 1/2 c. brown sugar
1 egg
1 tsp. vanilla
4 c. peeled & chopped apples (Pippins)
3/4 c. Wesson oil

1. Add egg to peeled and chopped apples.

2. Add brown sugar and mix well then add oil and vanilla; mix.

3. Add dry ingredients, one-third at a time.

4. Add raisins and walnuts; mix well.

5. Bake in loaf pan or 9"x9"x2" pan in a 350 degree oven for 1 hour and 5 minutes. Makes 2 loaf pans.
