3 c. flour
2 c. sugar
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. baking soda
2 tsp. cinnamon
2 tsp. vanilla
3 eggs, slightly beaten
1 c. oil
3 c. chopped apple
3 mashed bananas
1 c. chopped pecans

Mix dry ingredients together. Add remaining ingredients, except pecans, and combine with dry mixture. Stir in pecans. Pour into greased tube pan or two loaf pans. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour (loaf pans) or until done; for 1 hour and 15 minutes (tube pan.)
