1 pkg. Oreo cookies, crushed
1/2 gallon ice cream, any flavor, softened
Large jar fudge sauce
Large jar caramel sauce
12 oz. Cool Whip

In at least a 9 by 13 inch pan, add the above ingredients in layers. Sprinkle with nuts. Freeze. Cut 2 by 2 or 2 by 3 inches. Makes 18 to 24 servings.
