ICE CREAM DESSERT 
25-30 Oreo cookies
1 stick butter
1/2 gallon ice cream
1 (12 oz.) jar fudge sauce
1 lg. Cool Whip

Crush Oreo cookies and mix with butter. Press on bottom of 9"x13" pan. Let ice cream soften a little then spread over cookie mixture. Set back in freezer for about 15 minutes. Remove from freezer and spread fudge sauce over ice cream. Then spread Cool Whip over fudge sauce. Set back in freezer and let freeze for about 2 hours. Thaw for about 10 minutes before serving. (My favorite ice cream to use is chocolate mint.)
