1 sm. pkg. Oreo cookies
1/2 gallon ice cream, any flavor
1 can Hershey's OR 1 jar hot fudge or caramel sauce
1 med. Cool Whip
4 tbsp. butter

Pour melted butter in 9 x 13 pan. Crush two rows of Oreos and stir into butter. Spread ice cream of crust and sauce over ice cream. Spread Cool Whip over this. Crush last row of Oreos and put on top. Cover and freeze.
