SIMPLE SCROD 
1/2 lb. scrod (or haddock or cod)
2 tbsp. butter
2 tbsp. lemon juice
Tartar sauce

Preheat oven to 450 degrees. Place fish in oiled baking pan. Cover top of fish with batter and lemon juice. Bake 15 minutes. Remove from oven and top with spoonful of tartar sauce. Bake until sauce melts (about 5 minutes).
