SCROD WITH TOMATOES AND ONIONS | |
1 lb. scrod 1 sm. onion, chopped 1 clove of garlic, chopped 20 oz. stewed tomatoes (chopped) 1/2 tsp. pepper 2 sprays of Italian parsley, chopped Place fish on a large sheet covered with foil. Pour all ingredients over the fish. Cover with foil. Bake at 375 degrees for 15 minutes. |
