TOMATO AND ONION RELISH 
1 gal. peeled and chopped tomatoes
1/4 c. salt

Put salt over tomatoes and leave this overnight.

5 lg. onions, chopped
4 hot peppers (or more if you want "hot")
4 lg. bell peppers
1 c. vinegar
2 1/2 c. sugar
1 tsp. allspice

Heat on stove over low heat and bring to a boil.
