HAMBURGER STROGANOFF 
1/4 c. butter
1/2 c. minced onion
1 lb. lean ground beef
1 garlic clove, minced
2 tbsp. flour
2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
1/4 tsp. paprika
1 lb. mushrooms, sliced
1 (10 1/2 oz.) can cream of mushroom soup
1 c. sour cream
Chopped chives or parsley
1 lb. cooked noodles

Saute mushrooms and onions until golden brown. Stir in beef and seasonings and saute 5 to 8 minutes. Drain off excess fat, if necessary. Add flour and mix well.

Add undiluted soup and simmer mixture 10 minutes. Stir in sour cream and chives and heat, but do not let boil (about 5 minutes). Serve over hot noodles.
