SURPRISE SALAD 
1 pkg. lime Jello
1 c. crushed pineapple
2 c. small marshmallows
1 1/2 c. sm. curd cottage cheese (1 pt.)
1 c. whipping cream
1/2 c. pecans

Drain juice from pineapple, add enough water to make one cup. Heat and pour over Jello. Add marshmallows. When cold, add cottage cheese, whipped cream, pineapple and pecans. Makes a large mold.
