GARLIC - TURKEY SAUSAGE 
1 lb. ground turkey breast
3/4 tsp. ground coriander
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. pepper
1 clove garlic, finely minced

Mix all ingredients in bowl and form into 8 patties. Spray a skillet with Pam and fry about 12 minutes. These sausages can be frozen raw or cooked for later use.
