TURKEY BREAKFAST SAUSAGE 
1 lb. ground turkey (I have found that Kroger has the best, there is no grease, if there is in the frying, this indicates there is skin in the ground turkey)
1 tsp. Estee salt substitute
1 tsp. black pepper
1 tbsp. ground sage, slightly rounded (I like a good sage flavor)
3 tbsp. Buck wheat flour

Mix all ingredients together then form into round patties, or form into small links. When I make links, I roll them twice in the Buckwheat flour which makes them brown nicely. These will freeze will if you will place Saran Wrap between each patty or link.
