TOMATO ASPIC MOLD | |
1 sm. pkg. lemon gelatin 1 (8 oz.) can tomato sauce 1 1/2 tbsp. vinegar 1/2 tsp. salt & dash pepper Dissolve gelatin in 1 1/4 cups of boiling water. Add tomato sauce, vinegar, salt and pepper. Pour into a ring mold. Chill until firm. Unmold onto greens. Serve plain or with cooked shrimp or the like. Makes 3 servings. |
