3 c. mashed sweet potatoes
1 c. sugar
1/2 c. butter
1 tsp. vanilla
2 eggs, beaten

Mix all ingredients and pour into greased casserole dish.

TOPPING:

1/3 c. flour
1/3 stick butter
1 c. nuts, chopped
1 c. brown sugar

Crumble and sprinkle on top of potatoes. Bake at 400 degrees for 40- 50 minutes or until firm and brown.
