SCALLOPED POTATOES 
Potatoes (amount desired)
1 can Cheddar cheese or mushroom soup
1/2 stick butter
Salt and pepper to taste
1 soup can full of milk

Butter 2 quart casserole dish. Slice potatoes and place in layers. Sprinkle lightly with dried onions, salt and pepper. Dot with butter. Mix soup and milk. Pour liquid over potatoes. Bake at 350 degrees for about 1 1/2 hours, or until potatoes are tender.
