HEALTH SALAD 
1 1/2 lbs. red cabbage
12 radishes
1 lg. cucumber
1 green pepper
1 lg. red onion
1 lg. carrot

MARINADE:

1/4 c. oil
1/4 c. water
1/4 c. white vinegar
1/2 c. sugar
1 1/2 tsp.salt
1 tsp. celery seed
Fresh ground pepper
White pepper to taste

Slice vegetables thinly and layer in large jar. Mix together ingredients of marinade and pour over layered vegetables and refrigerate. Best after the third day.
