DELI - STYLE HEALTH SALAD 
1 c. coarsely chopped green cabbage
1 med. tomato, cut into 8 wedges
1/2 med. cucumber, pared & thinly sliced
2 tbsp. cider vinegar
2 tsp. vegetable oil
Dash each salt, pepper & garlic powder
Dash sugar (optional)

In medium salad bowl combine all ingredients, mixing thoroughly. Cover and refrigerate for at least 1 hour. (May be refrigerated overnight.) Serve with hamburger, hot dogs or any barbecued meat.
