CRUSTLESS BACON & EGG QUICHE 
8 strips bacon, diced
1 1/2 cups milk
1/2 cup prepared biscuit mix
3 eggs
1/4 cup butter, melted
Dash of pepper

Fry or microwave bacon until crisp; crumble and set aside. In a blender, combine milk, biscuit mix, eggs, butter and pepper; blend for 15 seconds. Pour into greased 9-in. pie pan. Sprinkle bacon and cheese on top of egg mixture; gently press below surface with a fork.

Bake at 350°F for 30 minutes or until knife inserted halfway between center and edge comes our clean.

Let stand for 10 minutes before serving.

Yield: 4 - 6 servings.

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
