HAWAIIAN FRUIT CAKE 
1 can crushed pineapple
2 c. flour
2 c. sugar
2 tsp. baking soda
1 c. walnuts or pecans
2 eggs

FROSTING:

1 (8 oz.) Philadelphia cream cheese
1 stick butter, softened
2 c. powdered sugar
1 tsp. vanilla

Mix all of the above together and put in 9x13x2 inch greased and floured pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes.

While cake is baking, prepare frosting. Spread frosting on warm cake.
