PISTACHIO CAKE | |
1 box white cake mix 1 (3 oz.) pkg. pistachio pudding mix (instant) 1 c. salad oil 3 eggs 1/2 c. pecans 1 c. Club Soda Combine ingredients, beet 4 minutes at medium speed. Pour into a greased and floured 10 inch tube pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 45-50 minutes. Turn out on a wire rack and cool. PISTACHIO FROSTING: 2 env. whipped topping mix (Dream Whip) 1 (3 oz.) pistachio pudding mix (instant) 1 1/2 c. cold milk Combine whipped topping mix and milk; beat at high speed of electric mixer until peaks form. Add pudding mix and beat until fluffy. |
