TACO SALAD 
1 1/2 lb. ground beef
1 c. chopped, green pepper
1 1/2 c. chopped onion
Salt & pepper to taste
6-8 dashes cumin powder
1 tbsp. chili powder
1 lb. Velveeta cheese
1 sm. can Rotel tomatoes (or 1/2, 10 oz. can)
1 head lettuce
2 med. tomatoes
1 (6 oz.) bag corn chips

In large skillet brown meat well. Drain. Add chopped pepper and onion, salt, pepper. Add chili powder and cumin powder. Meanwhile melt cheese over very low heat and stir in canned tomatoes.

In large bowl place in this order: Lettuce, torn in bite sizes, chopped tomatoes, crumbled corn chips, hot meat mixture, hot cheese mixture and serve immediately.
