TUNA MACARONI SALAD 
8 oz. cooked and cold elbow macaroni
1 hard boiled egg, chopped
3-4 stalks celery, chopped
6 1/2 oz. can tuna
3/4 c. mayonnaise or salad dressing
3/8 c. chopped onion
1/4 c. shredded cheddar or 2 oz. shredded Velveeta, etc.
1/2 tsp. salt
1/16 tsp. pepper

Mix all together; chill.
