MACARONI - TUNA SALAD 
1 c. elbow macaroni, cooked & drained
1 pkg. (10 oz.) frozen peas, cooked & drained
1 can (7 oz.) solid pack tuna, drained
1/2 c. celery
1 tsp. grated onion
1/2 c. mayonnaise
Salt & pepper

Add cooled macaroni to remaining ingredients; mix lightly. Chill. Serve on crisp lettuce. Arrange on platter with assortment of sliced meats and cheese.
