FETTUCINI, CRAWFISH 
1 lb. fettuccine
1 lb. crawfish tails
1 c. unsalted butter
1 sm. box light cream
1 c. chopped parsley
1 c. sliced mushrooms
Fresh ground black pepper
1 c. Parmesan cheese

Heat butter in saucepan until creamy. Saute mushrooms and parsley lightly. Add crawfish tails and black pepper. Cook on low heat for about 7 to 8 minutes, slightly reduce. Add mixture to cooked noodles and add cheese. Toss until mixed. Serve hot.
