3 c. cake flour
3 c. sugar
1 lb. butter
1 (8 oz.) pkg. Philadelphia cream cheese
6 lg. eggs
1 tbsp. lemon extract (optional)

Combine and mix ingredients in a large mixing bowl. Use a pound cake pan and bake for 1 1/2 hours at 325 degrees.
