COCONUT-CREAM CHEESE POUND CAKE 
1/2 c. butter, softened
1/2 c. Crisco (shortening)
1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened
3 c. sugar
6 eggs
3 c. all-purpose flour
1/4 tsp. baking soda
1/4 tsp. salt
1 (6 oz.) pkg. frozen coconut, thawed
1 tsp. vanilla flavoring
1 tsp. coconut flavoring

Mix butter, Crisco and cream cheese. Add sugar gradually. Beat well. Add eggs one at a time, beat. Add flour, soda and salt. Mix well - stir in coconut and flavoring. Blend well. Bake in tube pan at 350 degrees for 1 hour and 15 minutes.
