TOMATO TUNA CUPS 
1 (6 1/2-7 oz.) can tuna, drained & flaked
1/2 c. finely chopped celery
1/3 c. finely chopped green pepper
2 tbsp. chopped onion
1/2-1 tsp. curry powder
1/4 tsp. salt
Dash pepper
1/2 c. mayonnaise or salad dressing
6 tomatoes

Lightly toss together all ingredients, except tomatoes. With stem end down, cut each tomato into 6 wedges. Cutting to but not through base of tomato. Spread wedges apart slightly. Sprinkle with salt. Fill each tomato with tuna mixture. Place in lettuce cups. Makes 6 servings. For appetizers use tuna recipe for stuffing 36 small (50 cent size) tomatoes.
