RASPBERRY MARINADE FOR CHICKEN
OR BEEF
 
1/2 c. Jennivine Raspberry Vinegar
1/2 c. olive oil
1/4 c. chopped fresh herbs (basil, thyme, rosemary)
1 tbsp. chopped garlic
1 tbsp. cracked black pepper
1/4 c. light brown sugar
Salt to taste

Heat all ingredients until sugar is dissolved. Cool before using. Marinate at room temperature 2-3 hours. Great for grilled or baked meats.
