CHICKEN MUSTARD MARINADE | |
1/4 c. Dijon mustard 1/4 c. whole seed mustard 1/4 c. hot German mustard 1/4 c. distilled white vinegar 1/4 c. olive oil 1/2 c. unsweetened apple juice Juice of 1/2 lemon 1 whole shallot, sliced in rings Freshly ground pepper chicken cutlets Combine all ingredients in a bowl. Whisk to emulsify, Marinate chicken cutlets 1 to 3 hours (or more) before grilling. Grill chicken over medium-hot coals, cook the chicken 6 to 7 minutes per side. Spoon the marinade over the grilled chicken as a sauce, if desired. |
